BTR have been trading for over 40 years and over this time my father the late Fernley and I have built a business that prides itself on excellent customer service to all its charity customers. We have establised a production and transport team that is committed to efficiency and reliability. I am fortunate that the charity's we serve are extremely worthwhile causes that give back to their local community's and it has been my priviledge to work with and support them.
Account & Sales Manager
Joining the team in 2009, Stacey is BTR’s Accounts and International Sales Manager. Stacey works closely with our charitable suppliers managing the accounts payable and receivable department in addition to being the first point of contact for our longstanding customers in Eastern Europe, Central Africa and Pakistan as well as our new customers. Stacey ensures we maintain our payment reliability and first class credit rating as well as keeping a high standard of grading for our textiles to ensure their re-use abroad.
Accounts and Sales Coordinator
Tania joined BTR as the Receptionist in 2010. In her current role as Accounts & Sales Co-ordinator, she offers day-to-day support to the International sales & Accounts Manager in all aspects of the business from Sales and invoicing to collating daily charity collection information.
Shannon is the first point of contact for all our charities, schools and community groups. Alongside her colleague, Aimee Campanella, Shannon account manages our charitable suppliers and supports them in maximising their fundraising capabilities through the recycling on unwanted clothes, shoes, bags, belts and more!
